Now Offering Parent Consultation
Angela is also pleased to offer Parent Consultation services, informed by family-systems and child-focused practice and supported by her training through CCFL. These consultations are designed to assist parents in navigating parenting challenges, separation, divorce, or blended family dynamics.
Parent consultations are neutral and non-adversarial. The focus is not on taking sides, but on supporting parents in strengthening communication, reducing conflict, and keeping children’s emotional well-being at the center of decision-making.
Parent Consultations may support parents with:
Building respectful, effective co-parenting communication
Reducing conflict and misunderstandings
Creating consistency, structure, and predictability for children
Using child-focused approaches during transitions or family change
Understanding children’s emotional and developmental needs
Developing practical tools for problem-solving and decision-making
Supporting children through separation, divorce, or ongoing conflict
These sessions provide a supportive space for parents to gain insight, develop skills, and work toward greater cooperation and clarity. The goal is not perfection, but progress grounded in collaboration and the best interests of the child.
Parent consultations may be offered with parents together or separately and can be beneficial in both high-conflict situations and proactive co-parenting support.
