About Amy

Are you currently facing life challenges and feeling overwhelmed or stuck? Do you find yourself constantly self-critical, or struggling with concerns such as addiction, mood swings, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, anger, chronic pain, grief and loss, or insecurities? Please know you are not alone, and support is available.

I am a Registered Social Worker and Mental Health Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, specializing in trauma-informed clinical practice. I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.

I have extensive experience working with individuals, children, youth, couples, and families. My practice is shaped by both professional expertise and lived understanding, allowing me to provide compassionate, non-judgmental support in a safe and welcoming space. I believe that each person is their own expert and already possesses strengths, resilience, and inner resources that can be harnessed to overcome life’s challenges and build meaningful change.

My approach is holistic, client-centred, and culturally responsive, focusing on restoring dignity, enhancing emotional well-being, and rebuilding confidence. I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet your unique needs.

Outside of my professional work, I find joy in singing, spending quality time with family, especially during vacations, and unwinding with a good book.

Taking the first step toward healing can feel difficult, but it is also a courageous and empowering decision. I invite you to begin your journey today, toward healing, growth, and the life you deserve.
