About Annan

I’m a therapist who works with adults and youth, offering a compassionate, collaborative space to explore your inner world and feel understood. My approach blends parts work, relational therapy, and attachment theory to help you make sense of your experiences and patterns in a grounding, empowering way.

I support clients navigating grief, anxiety, burnout, neurodivergence, and the impacts of masking or overwhelm. I’m especially interested in adult family dynamics and the lasting effects of emotionally immature caregiving and attachment trauma.

Together, we’ll explore your inner parts with curiosity and compassion, uncover root causes, and shift patterns that no longer serve you. I believe healing isn’t about fixing yourself, but reconnecting with who you are- so you can live more authentically and build meaningful relationships.
