About Allison
Allison is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) who works with adults, couples, children, and youth, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. Allison holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd), and is a member of the Alberta Counselling Therapy Association (ACTA). With nearly 15 years of experience as a teacher and school counsellor, Allison brings a strong foundation in understanding development, relationships, and emotional well-being across the lifespan.
Allison takes a warm, client-centred approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet the unique needs of each client. She creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood, and works collaboratively with individuals and couples to build practical skills for managing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and navigating life’s challenges with greater confidence.
