About Holly

Holly is a passionate and empathetic therapist dedicated to creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. As a licensed psychotherapist, she brings a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based practices to help clients explore their challenges and move toward personal growth and healing.

Holly supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, time management, relationship dynamics, self-esteem, parenting, and attachment concerns. Her approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, with a strong belief in each person’s capacity for resilience and change.

As a long-time resident of Fort McMurray for over 15 years, Holly has witnessed the many hurdles the community has faced, but more importantly, she has seen the incredible strength and resilience that is able to shine through. This deep connection to the community informs her work and inspires her commitment to walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges.
