Julianna is a warm, down-to-earth therapist who brings both experience and empathy to her work. She holds a Master of Counselling from the University of Lethbridge and has spent nearly a decade supporting people through life’s challenges. Julianna believes in creating a nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable and understood, and where they can make meaningful change.

Julianna approach is practical, flexible, and tailored to fit each person’s needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, grief, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck, Julianna uses evidence-based techniques to help you better understand what’s going on and find ways to move forward. Her goal is to help you develop the skills and confidence to manage life’s ups and downs with more ease.
